2. Enter your order number (the number starts with SFUK that you can find in My Account page or order confirmation mail) and email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation
3. Select which item(s) you are returning and why
4. After you enter the return items, we will share an EVRI Return QR code with you
5. You can print the QR code and simply attach it to your parcel or Take your return package to the nearest drop-off point and show the QR code to the parcel shop officer.

No, we do not have a minimum order value for creating an order.
In the header you will see a contact symbol with which you can register first. On our main page in the header you can select your category. After selecting a main category you will see an overview of the sub-categories. Choose your sub-category so you can browse our existing lines. You can also sort the product list according to various features such as price, colour and size. If you like an item, go to the item, select your size and click the “Add to cart '' option. If you want to complete your order, you can click on the shopping cart in the header on the right and click on the option “Checkout” Now you are in the information page. Enter your contact information and delivery address. When you are done click on ‘Continue to shipping’. Here you can check / review your information. If the information is correct, click on “Proceed to payment”. If you have also entered your payment methods, you can check your order.
